Meeting with Leichhardt Council

Good news! Jamie Parker (Leichhardt Council Mayor) called to set up a meeting on Monday, 1st March to discuss the Callan Park Mental Health Festival.

This is a very positive move by Leichhardt Council and we are pleased to have them involved. This is such an important festival, one that will touch the lives of so many people in our community.

Jamie Parker has campaigned for many worthwhile causes in the Leichhardt community and we hope that our vision for Callan Park will be one that he wholeheartedly supports.

Callan Park is the ideal venue for the Callan Park Festival with its open spaces and history of treating mental health, there couldn’t be a better place to honour mental health consumers, their careers, family and friends or for the community to learn more about this issue that is crippling our nation.
