Utopia Home Care
The Utopia Research Institute is currently seeking government accreditation to enable our ‘Community Home Care Service’ start-up to proceed.
We believe that all individuals should be able to have the most appropriate resources available to improve their quality of life.
We further acknowledge the social environment in which aged care recipients or disabled individuals reside has an impact on their health and wellbeing.
The proposed Utopia Home Care Services will offer a unique combination of home health and community-based services in:
- Special Needs Child Care
- Disabled Adult Care
- Aged Care
- Respite Services
- Post Hospital Care
- Housekeeping
- Companion Animal Care
In collaboration with other professionals, the community and consumers, we will initiate and support action to meet the health and social needs of individuals in our community.
Our mission is:
- to ensure that Utopia Home Care services are targeted towards the people with the greatest needs for those services;
- that the quality, type and level of care provided to our clients is unsurpassed;
- to provide appropriately trained staff in all areas of respite care;
- to ensure access to quality care that is affordable and appropriate to the needs of our clients;
- to ensure appropriate outcomes for recipients of the Utopia Home Care services;
- to ensure disabled individuals have the appropriately trained personnel to meet their requirements;
- to provide reliable, and quality respite for families and others who care for children, young individuals and older people.
